To purchase from Qik Restaurant Supply, the buyer must agree to and accept all terms and conditions listed here. Qik Restaurant Supply strives to create a positive experience for all our customers and welcomes your suggestions. Qik Restaurant Supply may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will revise the iteration date at the bottom of this page to reflect the most recent update. We encourage you to frequently check this page for any changes. The buyer or user, hereafter referred to as you, is responsible for reading and accepting these Terms and Conditions during checkout. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions before purchase and to periodically check and be aware of modifications.

Buyer’s Responsibility
You are responsible for obtaining all information necessary to make an educated decision regarding the purchase. You accept responsibility for checking applicable state and local codes and for ensuring items meet those codes before purchasing. You will not hold Qik Restaurant Supply responsible for anything not stated in the listing or included in the picture, including, but not limited to, assumptions made by you or any verbal statements. Accuracy of measurement of products in relation to getting your purchased products into your establishment is your responsibility.

Payments
You are responsible for paying for the item(s), taxes, and fees associated with purchase. All prices on Qik Restaurant Supply’s online store are listed in US dollars. All orders are on a prepaid basis and payments will be processed immediately in full. Payment may be made with American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or Paypal. Customers may enter credit card information with confidence via our secure checkout. We accept credit card payments drawn on US banks only.

Sales Tax
Sales tax is charged on all items received in Ohio or shipped from warehouses, located in *****. Sales tax rate are determined by the applicable tax rate of the area where the item is received. Sales taxes and fees, as charged by the receiving municipality, are added to the invoice during checkout. Please be aware there may be other sale or use tax obligations that apply to your purchase for which you are responsible. You can find information regarding local tax regulations at your local tax office.

Warranties and Condition of Merchandise
Qik Restaurant Supply, and all our suppliers, agree to present all items for sale as accurately as possible based on the information available to us and on our knowledge at time of posting. While we stand behind the accuracy of our listing, there may be some small details that are not included in product descriptions; there is no guarantee regarding accuracy of information. Some photo inaccuracies may exist due to manufacturer changes after posting of product photos. These are usually design changes that only affect the appearance, but not the functionality, of the product.Also, many manufacturers will show a base model as an example of a line of products (sinks, faucets, tables, ect). Qik Restaurant Supply displays an image a close to the described product as possible, as provided by the manufacturer. Merchandise must be assembled, installed, and adjusted by knowledgeable, licensed, authorized and experienced personnel. Improper installations may cause malfunction and may void any warranty. Some items do require minor assembly upon receipt.

If a unit purchased from Qik Restaurant Supply is not working up to spec, the client is to contact us immediately with the Model and Serial number of the unit, proof of purchase, date of installation, and all pertinent information supporting the existence of the alleged defect. Qik Restaurant Supply’s sole obligation for units sold and within the warranty period is to submit the information to either the manufacturer or a local authorized service agent for the client. Any further service obligations is to be worked out between the client and the authorized agent.Qik Restaurant Supply can not set up service calls for warranty work for a manufacturers warranty.

Shipping
Shipping is available within the contiguous United States only; this excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. Free shipping promotions are granted with the agreement that the merchandise will be kept. Any amount disclosed as Shipping Promotion will be considered as part of original shipping costs during a refund calculation.

Free Shipping Items:
Certain items are marked as free shipping on the product page, shopping cart and checkout.  These items have free standard shipping within the 48 states. If there additional items in your cart that do not come with free shipping, there will be charges for those items only. Free shipping is only for standard delivery and some areas with limited access will incur an additional charge. These locations include: Military bases, government facilities, churches, camp sites, farms, hotels, shopping malls, shopping centers, golf courses, commercial areas with limited access. Contact us if you are in one of these locations for a delivery quote BEFORE PURCHASE. Other additional shipping options are available on the product page.

Important Delivery Information:
Your delivery will come by a national carrier. By law they are only required to deliver to a loading dock. If you don’t have a dock and your item is heavy, you will need to take your item off the truck, so please have someone available. If you need 24-hour notice before delivery, please let us know. If you do not have a loading dock and will not be able to assist the driver with a heavy item, please request Lift Gate or Inside Delivery (see below). For larger items, we highly recommend that you pre-measure your doorways and any obstacles in the path from your entryway to the destination to make sure it will fit through. Qik Restaurant Supply will change a 35% restocking fee if an item is returned due to it not fitting in the customers location.You must be able and available to receive your merchandise when the truck arrives, especially if delivery arrangements have been made. If the truck needs to return another day, storage and/or re-delivery charges may apply.

Delivery Add-ons:
As mentioned above, there are multiple services that will expedite or ease the delivery of your shipment. These non-standard delivery add-ons have a fee associated with them, not covered by free shipping promotions, and are available at checkout. These optional delivery add-ons are for your convenience and are not required for shipment to take place.

Add-on Delivery Services include:

Residential Delivery: Shipping carriers offer residential address drop-off service for an additional fee. Schools, military bases, home businesses and churches are considered to be residential addresses.

Liftgate Delivery: Liftgates are used to lower the contents of the delivery truck to ground-level. If your order contains heavy items and you do not have a loading dock, forklift, or other methods to unload the delivery, then a liftgate is recommended.

Call before Delivery:
If selected, an agent of the freight carrier will call you prior to delivery. To help you avoid potential re-delivery fees, we recommend this service to ensure you are available to receive your shipment.

24 Hour Notice:
If selected, an agent of the freight carrier will call you 24 hours prior to delivery to arrange a delivey time. To help you avoid potential re-delivery fees, we recommend this service, especially with larger equipment, to ensure you are available to receive your shipment. This is still just for curbside delivery  

Inside Delivery:
If selected, an agent of the freight carrier will call you 24 hours prior to delivery to arrange a delivey time. To help you avoid potential re-delivery fees, we recommend this service, especially with larger equipment, to ensure you are available to receive your shipment. This is still just for curbside delivery

White Glove Delivery:
 If selected, a local carrier will be enlisted to provide delivery, assembly, and inside delivery of your items. This is for a delivery that does not include and stairs and no movement of existing items in the space. Gas or electrical hook-ups are not part of this service. White Glove delivery is available in most areas. This service must be quoted BEFORE purchase!. Please contacts for availability and a quote for the cost.


Changing Your Shipping Address
Please contact us immediately if you would like to ship your order to a different address than you indicated at checkout. Once an order ships, there are fees associated with changing the shipping address that would need to be collected before the change can take effect. The cost of changing the shipping address will depend on the shipping method and number of shipments. If an order has already left our warehouse before the shipping address change is made, we cannot guarantee that it will arrive at the new location. If a carrier tries to deliver a shipment several times and is unsuccessful, your order will be returned to us and treated as a standard return.

Shipping and Fulfilment
Orders are processed after payment clears. Please allow up to 10 business days for items to be shipped, unless noted in item listing. Generally transit of shipment is 3-5 business days but may take longer. Items with a known lead time will have it stated on the product detail page. Due to occasional stock issues or custom-made merchandise, orders may potentially take 4-6 weeks to ship. We cannot guarantee shipping times of items that are not regularly stocked. Check your order status via email at qikcs@qikrestaurantsupply.com or by calling customer support at (833) 745-3663. The customer is responsible for all costs related to the shipment, including charges by the shipping company that were not paid during check out. These might include, but are not limited to: additional charges due to inaccurate delivery information provided to Qik Restaurant Supply, or charges due to failed delivery attempt(s) by the shipping company, etc. Any shipment that is refused or cannot be delivered AND is returned by the carrier will be considered an unauthorized return.
Qik Restaurant Supply takes great care when packing orders to avoid incomplete or incorrect shipments. On the rare occasion if an incorrect item is received, please contact us within 3 days so we may get this corrected. If an item is delayed the carrier has confirmed that the shipment is lost, a trace will be started and may take up to 3-5 business days for a resolution to be provided.

Delivery & Receipt of Order
Qik Restaurant Supply does all it can to assure your item is shipped safely and securely. Due to the terms of liability of the trucking companies, please be sure to inspect your order at the time of delivery and note any damage or suspected damage on the driver’s paperwork. If any damages are not reported before the truck departs, we will be unable to offer any credits for the damaged items. In the rare circumstance that your item is received damaged or defective, after noting the driver’s paperwork, please notify us of the damage within 48 hours. We will require photos of the damage, photos of the packaging, a copy of the signed BOL, as well as you will need to retain all products and shipping materials until a resolution is provided. Alternatively, you can choose to refuse the delivery if you are unsure whether an item is damaged or are unable to properly check the merchandise before the truck leaves. At all times, please notify us of your damage concerns within 48 hours of delivery. Shipping companies do not allow third parties to file or get involved in a damage claim. Qik Restaurant Supply is a third party in the shipment of most of the items it sells. Qik Restaurant Supply will willingly assist you with the filing and handling of the claims based on your needs and requests.

Problem Reporting
Problems or concerns must be reported by email to Qik Restaurant Supply within 15 days of receipt of the item. If you call to report an item damaged in transit we do not consider the report official until we have confirmation of damages, with photos,  and have sent you a confirmation email. Reports of malfunctioning product may require a detailed inspection report from a qualified technician. You agree to cooperate with problem identification and correction efforts. You agree to abide by Qik Restaurant Supply’s decisions regarding problem resolution.

Cancellation Policy
Qik Restaurant Supply retains the right to cancel any order with a full refund and will not be held liable for any other loss or damage arising from such cancellation. Any request for cancellation must be made and confirmed via email with Qik Restaurant Supply as soon as possible. If you call or speak to customer support, please be advised that cancellation is not considered confirmed without a confirmation email from Qik Restaurant Supply. We do not conduct business through text messaging.
If a cancellation request is not received in a sufficient time frame for the shipment to be held by the supplier, it will be considered a request for return. Refunds from cancelled orders will be subject to a 5% cancellation fee. This fee will be waived in the following situation: There was a problem caused by Qik Restaurant Supply, its suppliers or its vendors, such as the item being discontinued or being on back-order.
If the supplier does not allow a cancellation (such as for a manufactured-to-order item), the cancellation request may be denied or may be subject to higher cancellation fees (usually a minimum of 35%). Custom or manufactured-to-order items cannot be cancelled. In rare circumstances, a custom or manufactured-to-order item that has not started production can be cancelled; however there is a minimum of 35% cancellation fee for such items. You agree to abide by Qik Restaurant Supply’s decisions regarding cancellation fees.

Return Policy
Not all items will qualify for returns. Custom or manufactured-to-order items, mishandled or misused equipment, and items that are not in resalable condition are ineligible for returns. Approval of return requests is at the sole discretion of Qik Restaurant Supply.
A standard restock fee of 35% will be applied to returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You must reach a return agreement with Qik Restaurant Supply and obtain a Return Authorization number prior to returning any items. There is no guarantee that a credit will be made for an unauthorized return

Merchandise eligible for return must be returned complete in unused, uninstalled condition with original packaging, accessories and instructions, and wrapped securely to protect from damage in shipping. Any item damaged while being returned to Qik Restaurant Supply is your responsibility.

Refused and returned goods will be inspected to assess fit for resale condition.

Refund Policy
To process a refund being issued by Qik Restaurant Supply, you will be responsible for the following costs unless otherwise stated in writing by Qik Restaurant Supply: Original shipping costs, including free shipping discounted shipping charges  Cost of Return shipping Restocking & Cancellation fees Charges for repair or lost value for any damages incurred to product Charges stated as non-refundable Accumulated storage fees, if any, from the carrier If the seller agrees there is a misrepresentation, the seller will refund the purchase price of the merchandise upon its return to the specified return address. Qik Restaurant Supply will deduct all applicable charges, as stated above, before issuing a refund. Once all conditions are met, your account will be adjusted in the amount stated by Qik Restaurant Supply. Failure by the  buyer  to follow these terms and conditions will result in will be no credit being issued. You must recognize that complexity of returns and cancellations may cause a refund to take up to two billing cycles. Qik Restaurant Supply’s customer service and accounting staff will work hard to complete the process as quickly as possible.
